Thicker than I anticipated
I am using this under a relatively thin oriental rug. It definitely raises the level of the rug. I like it. It was confusing about which side goes down as there is a smooth side and a rough one. We were worried the rough side might scratch the wood floor but the smooth side could be slippery under a small rug. I have used the rubberized ones that are thin and I like this type much better.
- Easy to clean and maintain
- May not be suitable for heavy furniture or objects
