Well this windows device works as advertised. Easy to use, literally plug and play. For Mac users this works as expected but read the product description. This means you CANNOT run 2 external displays. If you want to do this you will need 2 separate adapters. It's not an adapter issue, it's an Apple issue. The USB-C connection is only for charging, which means that 1) you can't daisy chain them together for 2 displays and 2) you can't connect a USB-C hub to the device, it will cost you another connection. - What's worse, if you have heavily intensive apps that are draining your battery, the device will stop charging and you will eventually run out of battery. As you might have guessed, it costs you another USB-C port to use the power adapter. However, there is some good news: - I've noticed an improvement in performance over other low-cost adapters in its class. - Extremely easy to set up, even an IT manager can do it. :) - Plugs fit well, other adapters seem a bit looser. I am using 2 of these with 2 external monitors and am happy with the results on a 2017 MacBook Pro. One thing I would like to change is the USB-C data. but beyond that. worth your money.
