I like how easy it was once we got used to using it! It's very intuitive--it just makes sense when you're looking at everything in terms of what you should be doing or not do with regards to managing this benefit plan.

We have been able to streamline our business into one platform as opposed to multiple platforms which has saved us time & money!! Nothing so far but maybe some new features might help out sometimes? That would make me happy :) Just get started by reading through all the information there are available online about COBRAGuard. You won't regret trying it! There really isn't anything bad that comes from having such an awesome system right now! Managing benefits/employees' health insurance coverage has never before been easier than it will be after working with COBRAGuard.
