I've never seen so many pills and fluffy balls on a duvet

Very soft when you open it but after the first wash and I followed the T instructions it curled worse than an old sweater. I tried a second time and it only got worse. I tried taking off all the pills and fluffy balls and gave up after 2 hours. I can't believe the ceiling isn't bare, I've collected so much fluff. This is an awful product. I would like to return it but not sure if I can as I washed it. You can't even save him. Save yourself the hassle and buy another blanket.
