Works well. A definite upgrade over our old toaster. The only thing that bothers me is the timer. You turn the timer to turn on the product. So if you are unsure of the total time required and have set too much time, it will be almost impossible to turn the timer to take time. I've found that it's best to remove the item you're cooking and leave the door open and just let the timer expire and turn the product off. (The product doesn't get hot when the door is open, so the door is left open, the timer goes off and the product doesn't get hot, so nothing gets hot)
