Dorman 310-205 installs quickly with a #2 Phillips screwdriver and a #1 flathead screwdriver. Remove the old block and spray the electrical connections with WD-40 before connecting the new block. Inspect all hoses for cracks and/or leaks and replace the gas cap with a new one. The Doji this part fits are VERY sensitive to leaks in the EVAP system and a close inspection of the hoses going to the vapor and fuel tanks can reveal problems you weren't aware of ;>) I removed the canisters from the frame and found two potential leaks. After fixing the leaks and installing a new vapor leak pump and fuel cap #31838 my Ram 1500 318 V8 was emissions tested and there is no CIL - no codes = no worries!
