I have asked several times with this remote how to do it.

With this remote control I asked several times how to open the Phillips player so I can insert a disc? it does not come with an instruction manual. Try to search the internet and it wasn't there. There is nothing on the device itself to open or close the device. This is done using the remote control. So HELP!
