Review on RCA Reno 16GB Android Smartphone by Ron Thomas

Initially I was pleased with this phone. After a couple of weeks, warnings started closing the application. Now the phone has rebooted and won't go past the RCA screen to start opening. The phone cannot be reset to factory settings or anything like that. I called Revain and customer service walked me through the troubleshooting steps but nothing helped. The girl tried to reach RCA support but to no avail. My Revain rep was great. She did everything and gave me my money back. In a nutshell. Revain is great but this product sucks. Don't save money and time. Keep shopping.
