Review on 🎨 Astro Pneumatic Tool 4008 Spray Gun with Cup - Red Handle 1.8mm Nozzle: Your Ultimate Painting Companion by Byron Lucas

The listing claims this gun "sprays almost anything on almost anything" but when you receive the gun the instructions say it is for "spraying enamels, paints, dyes and primers. " and not "use this spray gun for other purposes". I bought this to spray interior latex paint but now I am considering returning it. Reading the reviews I see that some had success thinning the latex, while others ended up not working with the gun, the description should clearly state that it's not suitable for spraying latex with % water and it worked, albeit not as well as with oil paints. I suspect that those who say it worked with latex paint 2 or 3 times and then stopped working didn't clean the gun as well as they should, or took breaks with it by putting some of the paint in the Let gun dry and glue things in. It's definitely not made for latex, but it was quicker than using a brush on my basement ceiling. I'm increasing my rating from 2 to 3 stars, but I'm all I still think that the product listing is misleading.
