I ordered this product but received the previous model. When I received the item, the first thing I noticed was that the keyboard was not backlit. I contacted the retailer and they told me they don't have this model. They gave me the option to return it or keep it and receive credit for the price difference. Since my files were automatically downloaded from Microsoft Onedrive, I decided to keep the model that was sent to me. It's very fast, the screen is very clear. The model I received is HP 14-fq0032ms. I only use it for personal use for email, web, spreadsheets and gaming. Suitable for my needs. I would recommend it. The score for the model I received.
