Great tool that keeps everyone connected

The platform allows me to stay organized, update clients on billing status, communicate with clients via text message or email, and also access my financial information from anywhere. I dislike having to log in daily. It would be great if it allowed me to login once per month instead of every day. Also, it would be nice to have a feature where I can assign tasks to other members of our team which will allow them to complete those tasks without me having to check up on them every few hours. We use Vet FM for our billing and scheduling purposes. This helps us keep track of everything needed for each client. It also allows us to have all of our contact information at one place so we don't have to go searching for it when we need it.

Pros
  • Easy navigation through different areas within vetfim that help you find what is most important quickly; abilityto add notes about any particular patient/client along wth images taken during visits (if desired); quick links back into your account upon closing out screens after completing certain activities such as logging visit data etc.etc..I like this app because its easy very simple interface lotsa bells n whistles! Allows user flexibility while maintaining simplicity.

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
