Great tool that keeps everyone connected

The platform allows me to stay organized, update clients on billing status, communicate with clients via text message or email, and also access my financial information from anywhere. I dislike having to log in daily. It would be great if it allowed me to login once per month instead of every day. Also, it would be nice to have a feature where I can assign tasks to other members of our team which will allow them to complete those tasks without me having to check up on them every few hours.   • Easy navigation through different areas within vetfim that help you find what is most important quickly; abilityto add notes about any particular patient/client along wth images taken during visits (if desired); quick links back into your account upon closing out screens after completing certain activities such as logging visit data etc.etc..I like this app because its easy very simple interface lotsa bells n whistles! Allows user flexibility while maintaining simplicity.

Easy system that keeps your practice running smoothly

I love how easy it was for me as an owner of my own business, so much more efficient! It also has great support from their team behind all this software - they are quick with responses when needed (and always very helpful). The only thing i would say could be improved upon in terms off vet fm's products or services overall- maybe some additional options/features such as integration capabilities? We have been able solve most issues we've had by using our phone calls but sometimes there may not…

  • Everything else just looks fantastic too..the interface design /looks & feel , ease while working.etc

I like how easy it was for me to find my appointments, payments, etc. It could easily be better if they had more payment options available in the app itself. Other than that, everything has been great! The customer service has helped me with any questions or concerns that I have and always do what's best for myself as well as the business.   • Also allows quick scheduling from phone calls directly into calendar without needing separate calendars being created manually by staff members every time someone schedules something new via call center system when calling back after hours

  • There are disadvantages
