Review on Appinium ViewTrac by James Hodzic

I like that it allows us to view all of our leads from one place, which makes management much easier than having multiple different applications open at once! The only thing about this tool so far has been its price point - we have had difficulty finding companies willing/able pay such an expensive monthly fee just yet (but hopefully they will soon!). It does however make viewing data in real time very easy as well!! We are able solve many problems with Lead Management by using Video Tracing through VTRS2Go's integration into Apex Chatter / Email campaigns etc..
