These gloves will keep your fingers hopelessly warm. As I mentioned in the title, if your winter is in Miami or the Florida Keys these are probably good "winter gloves" otherwise stay away from them. Also, the size is very strange. My hands are right in the middle of the measurement range listed for "large", but they fit very snugly in my palms and are about 1/2" long at the fingers. I can't comment on their water or wind resistance since I return them in new condition a few hours later in the mid 30's and on two occasions they have proved quite useless for warming.
