The customer service that we receive from everyone at BenefitX has been nothing short of exemplary! Their team helps us with everything related to our benefits management software - payroll setup/annual renewal process etc., they are always available if I need any assistance during my working hours or after (for example for questions regarding user guide).Benefit X also handles all administrative tasks like tax reporting requirements which saves me time as well since it would be impossible otherwise due solely because so much paperwork goes along when managing your benefit package such an amount you can imagine!!
