Ease of use, easy to train staff with limited experience in office management systems, simple dashboard that allows me to see all my appointments at a glance.

I dislike being able to only see one appointment per day without having to go into each individual appointment page individually. This means more time can be spent actually seeing patients rather than looking through lists or finding an entry point to navigate back through previous days if there's been no activity. Being able to add new patient details quickly, allowing us to start booking appointments immediately after intake has been completed.
