Disassembled on first use :(

I got it to open my n64 for a good cleaning, I even did some research and asked if it would be suitable for that and got several replies saying that it will work but the parts are cheap! I have never opened up my system. Tools ripped the tool off the first time I used it. I felt it so I was very gentle but it didn't work.
