Review on Loloi II Layla Collection LAY-13 Antique / Moss, Traditional 7'-6" X 9'-6" Area Rug by Alicia Pattinson

Initially ordered olive/charcoal in 9.6x7.6 size. I absolutely LOVED it. It’s so comfortable without a rug pad. It was a little small for the living room, so I planned to move it to our bedroom. Then my dog peed on it. I couldn’t clean it well enough to get the smell out, so not 5 days after it arrived I ordered another one in 9x12 size. It’s the correct size for our room now, but I was slightly bummed in the color variation from one rug to the next. Still olive/charcoal but the first one showed darker tones with more apparent greens. This second one shows a lighter look overall and has more golden tones than green. I am still happy with it, but hard not to compare to the first one we received and loved. I’m happy with both. Still need another for the bedroom, but at least the dog has a cage now. **PS - I put the first rug in the washing machine and it cleaned great. BUT one corner was standing up in the drum, and got snagged in the spin cycle which partially shredded it. Super sad but it was a gamble being that is isn’t necessarily a washable rug. Next time I would take to a laundromat and try it again before replacing**
