Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. It's rubbish and the customer service is even worse. Set yourself up following the getting started guide and on-screen instructions to figure out what you need and an activation key and you've only had a 10-day trial with 3 scans a day. Once you set it up, they want you to spend more money on another program to make this thing work. The item has only been up and running for a few hours but customer service has not responded other than automatic help on another site and I would like to return and replace it. No ease of use and no help when I can't scan documents without making another software purchase even though I've set the activation key to install automatically after setup is complete.
