Well, I spend a lot of time on the computer as an editor/web designer/photographer/videographer, that is. Lots of time on the keyboard and mouse. After a few hours there is no longer a comfortable position. This mouse pad is amazing! Honestly my favorite part of the kit! I haven't changed my mouse pad in over 15 years until I got this one and I will never go back to my old one. Expect this mouse pad and wrist rest to be extremely comfortable and easy to clean.
