I bought a transfer case from a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to fit my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport. The housing on the input shaft was leaking so we replaced the oil seal with this - 3 times in total, the last time also with bushing 99193. There were no nicks or burrs on the shaft but I decided to try the bushing around see if it would stop the leak. About 2 weeks after installation, the seal started to leak. We took the case back out and replaced the OEM gasket and found all the leaks were gone. Considering it takes an hour to remove the case and then another hour to put it back in place, I spent +6 hours fitting bad seals. I would go to the dealer the first time and buy a filling there if I could do it all over again.
