Excellent product for new construction or a kitchen renovation. I made the mistake of buying this faucet to replace a similar Price Pfister unit. This design is almost impossible to install without removing the countertop or the sink. I could not justify replacing our granite countertops so I could tighten the nut under the faucet. The sink is bonded in place and in spite of the nut at the having an almost 4 inch plastic extension i was unable to tighten the faucet enough to keep it from rotating when moving the spray head from side to side. Super high quality product, perfect when used in the right application. Today I replaced it with a Price Pfister
