There are so many third-party PS4 controllers out there. For the price of a genuine Sony product, it makes sense to buy a third-party version, but which one? Most of them have quite rude reviews and the user is generally dissatisfied with the product. I've been looking for a long time to find the right one. That's all! It paired instantly with PS4 and worked straight away. I then played GTA 5 with it and it worked just as well as the original. I think it's based on new style controllers. I have an original PS4 controller with no light shining through the touch button on top. My analog sticks are round but flat with a protrusion on the outside. Those two things aside, it's original enough to work for me. They even charge properly in the same charger as my original controller. I am satisfied and will buy again.
