Haven't been able to vacuum yet as the battery arrived dead. But I found some tricks on the internet. If your device isn't charging (LED blinking/flashing) or doesn't work in wireless mode, try the following: The battery may not be sufficient for the charger to read. This often happens with power tool batteries. Take a rectangular 9 volt battery and use it to "crank" the gun. Determine the positive and negative terminals for both the gun and the battery. On a pistol, this can be determined by looking at the charger. Contact points are marked with a + or - sign. The 9 volt battery is also marked + and -. Connect the positive and negative terminals of the 9 volt battery to the same ones on the gun. Leave it there for up to a minute. The motor starts and the weapon can now be loaded.
