I had to start. This product arrived and it was already very sticky around the lid. When I opened it, the wax got on everything. It is extremely difficult to achieve purity. He got on my clothes, hands, counter and so on. It was actually pretty painless getting the wax strips off, but after a day my skin suffered a lot. All of my faxes had what appeared to be burn marks and took 2 weeks to repair. I tried it again today under my armpits to see if it does a better job on tougher skin. It didn't remove all the hair and was just as painful for other waxes. I recommend Gigi all-purpose med. You don't need strips and it gets the job done.
