My old Gigabyte P35 v2 laptop died so I had a 128GB recycled mSATA SSD as a replacement. I discovered this Sabrent case and decided to give it a try. And nothing to say other than that it works great. Also very fast. As mentioned, there is a slight rumble when moving/shaking the case, but that's not a problem for me at all. The thing's tiny size, the fact that you can fit a beefy mSATA drive in it, and the thing's sheer speed as a glorified jump drive make it seem silly to pick up a little rattle. Besides, of course. The item is warm to the touch. mSATA drives still get very hot. all day, so don't worry about overheating. Believe me . The mSATA drive in this aluminum case is much colder than in your laptop. Hard drives naturally get hot. Nothing to worry about. You should see the m.2 drives get hot. Good product. I keep it in my laptop bag and use it every day between work and home. No complaints.
