Review on SUYPAS Kids Way Adventure Channels Electronic Birthday Set for Kids by Roman Palmer

I recently ordered a set of walkie talkies but didn't realize they would look like little rabbit heads. Ok my kid is 4 years old but in about a year he will outgrow them and be shy to use them. Thought I'd get something similar in quality (good range, multi-channel, clarity) but without the bunny shapes. But I was wrong :( This walkie talkie is for my son who is too small for a mobile phone or mobile watch so we can keep in touch when he is around or he can go with the kids from the Talk neighborhood This product is small and easy To use and light up so it works well Also it has a watch battery in addition to the voice batteries: the watch battery is such that this thing has a watch and my son always knows what time it is Unlike my other walkie-talkies, they only work via PTT (Push to Talk), not Vox (Voice Interchange), which means the walkie-talkie will always listen for your voice and transmit it when it detects it. PTT is more reliable and works every time as long as your kid remembers to press button before speaking :) Haha my son sometimes forgets until now. Depending on your child's age, it may be a bit difficult at first to remember to press the button, release the button, and wait for your response so they can hear you before speaking. Vox is nice because you don't have to press anything, but it doesn't work every time. I don't think it matters as this model doesn't have it. What we love about these walkie-talkies: - They're small and good for kids - They're easy to use, just a couple of buttons on the front and 1 on the side - They have a built-in clock. - They attached belt clips so they easily fit into a sweatshirt or my son's shorts. - No channel switching, despite what is in the list. You get one channel and that's it. - There is no volume control. There are FAKE BUTTONS! - No battery indicator. - Range is not very good (less than half a mile but no more than a mile than my other product I own. - Doesn't feel very strong/durable. Feels like it will break easily , if it falls down - No VOX - Although there is a flashlight, it is so weak it's almost useless, you can't use it to see in front of you in the dark or read with it - It's easy, the Changing clock buttons but not very easy to set the time - Each walkie talkie requires 3 AAA batteries (not included) and these things drain your battery so quickly and easily when you talk about them a lot.! However, this is more of an initial investment Very disappointed with this walkie talkie set (although the packaging doesn't promise too much) Not a good price - it's for kids to do around the house, not good for sending a kid around the neighborhood with.
