There really isn't a negative in this program at this time. I have not experienced anything I dislike about this platform. The ability to organize and keep track of our candidates and search for a match is a big plus! I like that I can update my profile and have it seen by a variety of platforms. Currently there is nothing that I know of that is not working perfectly. The platform is robust, and has the ability to accommodate any need that may arise. It is very easy to use, and I have never felt like I was doing something wrong in any capacity. I am excited to utilize this ATS system throughout the recruiting season this upcoming year. My team is solving all the major problems I have experienced with other system. I have been able to cut down on the time taken by recruiting tasks, so we are able to spend more time working on my team. It has been really easy for me to use this platform. I've had no issues with the system at all. I like how it's easy to navigate and allows me to get things done quickly. I do not have any dislikes. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants ease in getting work done. This software is very user friendly, allowing you to complete your daily tasks with minimal effort. I am able to send out emails, add appointments, create timesheets, and view invoices from my phone.
