Poor reliability Good for air conditioning

Brand new unit stopped working properly after less than 30 days. If the device has been removed/reset/reprogrammed. worked fine ok 4 hours. Faced the same problems. No temperature control (AC, heat, defrost), only the fan worked. The HVAC unit is replaced with a third-party model.
