Used for serial communication Whelen

This works as expected. I used it to program a Whelen MPC01 controller via serial communication. The blue wire goes to tx+ and the gray wire goes to tx-. also grounding on USB to 12V-. I used the CD that came with it to install the driver on a Windows 7 laptop and it worked great.
