Review on KYY 4K Portable Monitor 3840X2160 Computer 15.6", Blue Light Filter, Built-In Speakers, Tilt Adjustment, K3-3, HD by Jay Kidd

Update2* review revision. The manufacturer contacted me again and asked if I would like to check the panel again. They made another batch of goods and offered to ship them to me. The new monitor and packaging were different. HDMI cables were different. I connected the monitor and found that the HDMI cable is working properly. The monitor itself has become much better. Colors no longer have a bluish cast. Text is crisp and colors are represented very well. The monitor automatically detected the connection via both HDMI and USB-C. Using USB-C shows up well when powered by a computer. A slightly higher level of brightness can also be achieved using the included power supply unit. I have upgraded my rating to 4 stars based on the new product and the manufacturer's diligence in finding a solution and ensuring my satisfaction. I've tried 3 different portable laptop monitors, 2 from KYY and they all have the same issue, blue tinted screens and washed out colors. They will not render white as shown in the photos. Unfortunately their products do not match the advertisement. I was looking for a monitor that was based on my laptop in terms of color and appearance. The 4K KYY specs are very close to my laptop, but as you can see in the picture the result is very different. I am changing all available settings to no avail. I contacted the manufacturer but received no response. If anyone else managed to solve this problem, please let me know.**Update. The manufacturer contacted me. There was a second issue related to HDMI. Katie in her tech support was very responsive. After troubleshooting, it turned out that the monitors I bought came with faulty HDMI cables. After buying a new cable I was able to use the panel. I was told that the cables with noise filters on each end are not the specified cables. Unfortunately, I cannot fix the color problem and the manufacturer has no solution for this. They said they would provide me with an improved device to test in the future. We will see. So far, my rating is based on three tested panels.
