Basic, not very accurate

I got this for my grill in April 2012 and I no longer use it. I had some initial issues with it because it just didn't seem right in terms of accuracy. A few months later I grabbed an electronic one and did a comparison, this thermometer just didn't measure the temperature very accurately so it now sits at the bottom of the box with other grilling items. I don't recommend it, I'm sure it can give you a very general idea of the temperature, but the accuracy is questionable. Spend a few dollars more and buy something better and you'll be happier.-D
