At first I thought this was a pillowcase protector and not a pillowcase. It looks like a protector, most pillow cases don’t zipper, are not a thick material and usually come in pairs not one. Even my husband keeps saying you need a pillow case on your pillow. The case is cool to the touch but your face warms it up pretty quickly, but it is cool when you touch it or initially put your face on it. I sometimes flip my pillow and the cool touch is one sided. For the price of one I can sweat it out. I personally don’t think it’s that great and it doesn’t match my husband's pillow and looks like a protector. It also doesn’t tell u if it’s waterproof so I left my waterproof protector under it. It washes fine and I line dry it.
