Review on Dimmable Control Equivalent with Color Changing Capability by Mike Phillips

EDIT: It is now mid-November and another bulb has died in the socket resulting in 3 out of 4 bulbs going out in about 4 months. This is absolute rubbish. I bought a pack of 4 of these bulbs in mid-July 2021. At the end of October 2021 two of them are dead and I don't expect the other two to last much longer. Lamps are technically not "dead". but the receiver/sensor of the remote control is clearly defective. When first installed, the remotes worked great when pointed anywhere near a light source. After a month I had to point the remote very precisely at a certain angle and press the button several times. Three months later, the remote control stopped working. the first bulb failed when it was on and can no longer be turned off (or changed color); the second lightbulb failed when it was off and won't turn on again. These aren't consoles because there were two of them. and both fail with 2 dead bulbs and both work fine with 2 bulbs remaining. Also note that the second failed bulb turned itself on every night for about two weeks before finally failing completely. When they worked, the bulbs were great. They offer a nice bright warm white light with a dedicated white LED, along with the typical RGB colors and cycles. But they are useless after a few months of normal daily use.
