Disappointed (updated)
(Updated) after my review the company ways very fast to reach out to me and resolve my issue. Even though i could not replace the items they listened and will attempt to fix with the warehouse. I'm extremely disappointed with their hardware. I have purchased several times from them. First off the they state that bolts will fit 1 3/8 to 1 9/16. My doors are always 1 1/2 and they are to long. I need to purchase 1/8 spacers to make it work but I deal with it. I just purchased 2 sets of bypass doors and the rollers for the front doors were 2 different sizes both kits and no I did not mix them up. Will not buy again
- Nice barn door hardware well fabricated good finish just what I was looking for.
- The rollers on this kit do not have a soft close function, so the doors will close loudly
