Buckle is too wide for most belt loops

So I was imagining wearing this belt with pants but I found the buckles are too big to fit through normal belt loops. The seams that hold the buckles, holes punched and zips in place so I can remove the buckles to insert the belt into the belt loops and then snap the buckles back into place. Probably too much work for most people (if you don't have the tools) so this is important for your information!
