K&N is known for quality and it shows in this product. The only reason it's four stars and not five stars is because the listing doesn't list any gearing or optional accessories. The large (and heavy) baffle plate is not used or required when installing Auto/Cruise. The manual transmission version shown in the installation diagrams shows the large deflector which houses the cruise mount and also engages and covers the transmission oil dipstick/fill tube. The filter moves up a little, to the left a little, and still above the cooling fan airflow. A 5/8" tee fits into the vent tubing with a 90 degree adapter sealed onto the evaporator tube tube. The entire original equipment breather housing and bracket can then be completely removed and left with all other original equipment parts. A custom aluminum extrusion front support bracket was also manufactured. The tops have been carefully polished and the 2.0VVT.i badge transfers nicely to the top of the now visible valve cover. Ideally the cover could be removed and then sandblasted. fully polished Intake performance is excellent with much improved throttle response right out of the box This should also provide a slight increase in fuel consumption.
