This is my first review on Amazon. Prior to this review, I emailed support stating that I was really disappointed and asked for help. 3 weeks no answer. I didn't notice it for about 2 months. First the neck began to hurt, then the wrist, and only after that the back. It got so bad that one night I woke up in pain. I'm in my early 30s and physically active, but also sit in a chair for 10+ hours on a good day and 14+ hours on a bad one. Never had any problems. This chair was intended to replace my $80 Ikea chair. It's essentially an L-shaped torture with very sparse soft lining. The lumbar support isn't there, and while it has some cool features, like a near-full clamshell for watching movies or attending boring meetings, it's just the worst thing to sit on. When a replacement (proper Herman Miller chair) was ordered my back hurt so bad I used the dining chair instead. It was also very uncomfortable for 5 hours but at least my back didn't hurt that much. Please do not buy this chair. This negatively affects your physical health.
