Listen. If you're one of those people who drives a crappy car, then don't waste your time with these floor mats. These floor mats are for people who value their car, consider it an investment and want the best possible protection while driving. Husky again, bravo, another great product! This is my third set of Husky earbuds. I recently bought a 2012 Ford Escape. These parts fit like a glove, blend in well with the interior and provide excellent carpet protection. For all the guys who have a wife who's wondering why they're spending over $100 on a set of floor mats, I hope this little story helps! First, if you bought a new or fairly new car, is it worth another $100-$150 to best protect the part of the car that gets the most abuse? Well read on my friend! My trusty but gluttonous 2000 F150 was the first car I bought Husky liners for. "Old Blue", as we started to call it, was a good truck for us. It's held up very well (thanks FoMoCo. Appreciate it!), but 13 years later and lately at $4 a gallon (Old Blue gets about 15 mpg), we decided it was time to part ways. I've always taken good care of my cars and Old Blue was no exception. I fixed it, cleaned it inside and out, and we went to buy cars. Our first stop was a Ford dealership that we liked and drove a few cars through. During a test drive, your appraiser carefully inspected the F150. When we returned the appraiser commented on the condition of the Old Blue and asked about the Husky liners. I told him I bought them right after receiving the truck and they were there almost from day one. He went on to say that the carpets looked brand new and that they had rarely seen a carpet in such good condition on a 13-year-old truck. There is no denying that they have done an excellent job. The dealership offered me $2,500 more than I expected based on research I did before going there. if you feel like you understand it well, then it was. We ended up taking a very well appointed 2012 Escape. White with a brown leather interior. The kids immediately called her "Betty" (white. You get it?). So we took Betty home and my wife said "I'll check with Revain for another set of these mats you like." I just smiled and said "Sounds good." Thanks Husky! Seriously folks this is a true story but ultimately if you want a better protective carpet for your car it couldn't be t be better In addition to the F150 and Escape I have a set in my 2002 Suburban All 3 rows plus bed. The Suburban has 140,000 miles and yes, the carpets look great. I just can't say enough good things about these liners.
