Minus one star for the shipping fiasco. The package status has been updated and says they tried to deliver. With someone at the address day and night with no sign of an attempted delivery, this was a lie to cover up Blue Star's delivery delay. The status of the trackable package kept changing until finally this package was handed to me two days after the estimated delivery date. Not much of a delay and it's a good product that fits great in my dishwasher (I only needed the brackets). For the money it's worth it, although I can't comment on durability yet as it's been installed for less than a week.
