I read the reviews and chose the size to wear a sweatshirt under this jacket in cold weather. I wanted a place to move with warm, thick clothing underneath. When I'm at the beach, I bend over and lie on the sand to take photos. I had no problems with this jacket. My arms are stretched out in front of me and above my head without restraint. The jacket kept me warm on a windy Lake Michigan beach. I like that it's rubbery yet soft. I rolled it up to put in my bag for the weekend, no worries. Bags are strong. I filled one full with beach rocks. I love the slim fit of this jacket. It's a little lower in the back. The hood fits perfectly and the drawstrings pull it snugly to your face, keeping your ears warm and your hair tucked in. The sleeves are a bit long, but that didn't bother me. It has a nice lining. It would be nice if they offered this style of jacket in yellow or red. If I wear it in the rain I will update my review. ***UPDATE*** It was raining, 40-60 mph wind with sand flying off the beach. throw it! I stayed warm. I stayed dry. I stayed protected from the high-speed sand. I had unlimited mobility. There are no tears on my coat. The sand was immediately wiped away. WOOOOOOO!
