Very bad swing. suitable for grinding and finishing materials

Unfortunately I ignored the reviews on this product and bought it anyway. Guilty. The grinding wheel looks good, arrived in good condition - no dents or nicks. It looks "correct" when it comes to being round. But he has a very BAD swing. The attached video shows the wheel turning (the noise comes from the spoked wheel on the other spindle). My concern is that the grinding wheel can literally self-destruct during use. So now thoughts on whether to face the hassle of returning it or just leave it and use it as a grindstone of sorts. My recommendation is to look for other options.
