I didn't give it a chance - I didn't even take it out of the packaging. In my opinion it was A LOT big for a "small/compact" travel rug. I received the normal size but the sizes don't run much smaller and smaller. Returned. 3 stars. UPDATE: 09/18: Changed to 5 stars! We used a blanket (there is a small and a regular size, I decided to give it another try) - and it's great! Went to Colombia and these blankets were really good on a (cold) plane. We also used the room quite often, very comfortable. Light - but warm (but not heavy and hot). In fact, I have a small one and my friend has a larger one. The handle is detached from the body; It looks like a large knot at the end of the handle going through a loop of fabric. We attached to backpacks and it was fine. Glad he was given a chance. Recommended! Customer service was excellent and very helpful with duvet sizes.
