Review on Enhance Tool Performance with Rebuild Skills Replacement Power Cords (16/2, 8FT) by Ryan Lawson

My application was a Makita grinding machine. This cable is a good rubber coated flexible cable. It was 6 inches shorter than the original and slightly larger in diameter. I was able to reuse the stock stretcher but it wasn't easy to get the cord into the mount. A slight increase in diameter provides a very tight fit. I had to soak it in hot water and grease the cord to install it in the tensioner. The cable had a mating plug (eyelet) already attached to the hot wire. I've used a grinder since and it works and does a great job.
