The concept that it could be used as an automated system for sending gifts was very appealing.

I also enjoyed being able to customize my emails before going live with recipients. This program has been effective at streamlining our process while increasing customer satisfaction! There were some minor issues along the way but those have since fixed themselves without any involvement from us or them (we are still waiting!). While we haven't noticed much increased revenue per employee due to this tool, we've seen reduced turnover which leads directly to higher profit margins.
