I have to say it took me about 2 weeks to put it together as I was afraid it would be insanely confusing and difficult to put together. This is by far the EASIEST table and chair set I have ever seen. It took me less than an hour. So light and so strong. I have a full set of drill bits and wrenches and was only able to use the Allen key and wrench that came with it. The screws are separated by a chair set, color coded and perfect for working with it quickly. I would advise against over-tightening as the backrest and under the chair require dowels which are difficult to insert if the side panel is too tight. I would suggest tightening them after they are installed and tightened.
