This program is very easy to customize as per our needs or requirements at any time during its usage period (1 year). There are many features that can be used in this software such as vacation scheduling etc., which makes it user friendly even if one has no prior experience with HRMS systems like Paychex/ADP products but also provides enough flexibility when compared to other programs out there including Sage 100 payroll system.
