I like that it is easy to create different types of benefits (medical/dental/vision etc) as well as multiple levels within each benefit type. The system does not always seem 100% reliable - sometimes things don't show or appear in certain areas when they should be there. There are also some features missing from this version which were available previously with other versions we used before total rewards builder was released.
