It is very cute and funny for summer. However, there is one significant drawback: there is no adjustment of the straps and other things. It is fully elastic and has no velcro anywhere. If the shoulders are too loose or tense, there is nothing to be done. Makes the purchase very risky. I'm lucky they fit my Shih Tzu pup - she's 22 weeks old and may be able to wear them until mid-June if I'm lucky. They barely fit her now and are a bit difficult to put on as you have to pull them over your head and put your arms through the armholes. To be honest, they really aren't worth the fight. I bought a few others that are adjustable with velcro and they are just as cute if not cuter.
