We have been working with OMS for about 8 years now and I can honestly say that they are very knowledgeable when it comes to their products. Their staff is great at providing customer service and helping us solve issues we may be having. Honestly, there really isn't anything I dislike about this product or the support team. They do what they're asked in a timely manner. It would be nice if you could actually save your own settings so that every time you log into the software it's already set up how you want it but maybe this is just wishful thinking? Great program! If you need help setting something up make sure that you talk to someone who knows both the computer side as well as the business side. OMS helped us get all of our office systems under one roof which was helpful because some things were done through different apps.
